Centra Health is looking for an Environmental Services (EVS) partner to consistently support the people who deliver care and the patients who receive it. That means focusing on the fundamentals that matter every day such as your teams, the experience of patients and staff, reliable and consistent quality, strong operational performance, and thoughtful use of resources.
Centra Health is looking for an environmental services (EVS) partner to consistently support your people who provide care and the patients who receive it. To deliver on that focus, our approach unites four core pillars – People, Patient and Staff Experience, Purposeful Innovation, and the Power of Clean – to build an EVS program designed to perform today and continuously improve for the future.
"I started as a housekeeping aide. With Crothall's support, I've continued to grow as a leader."
Our goal is not simply to retain great people – it is to give them opportunities to grow. Crothall’s training, development and career resources help associates build skills, pursue new opportunities and see a future within the organization.
Centra’s EVS team brings invaluable experience, institutional knowledge, and connection to the communities you serve. Our transition approach starts by prioritizing those associates and giving them access to expanded training, development, career pathways, and resources.

A clean environment is one of the most visible expressions of care. Our goal is to make EVS a measurable contributor to the experience of Centra’s patients, families, nurses and staff.
Through Positive Impressions, EVS associates receive structured training in the behaviors that help patients feel cared for and confident in their environment. Leadership visibility, rounding, coaching and ongoing measurement reinforce those standards.

We believe innovation should begin with a simple question: What problem are we trying to solve?
Our approach focuses on technology that creates measurable value by improving quality, safety, efficiency, visibility or the patient and staff experience.
Crothall will introduce Elevra, our internally developed task management platform, to provide greater visibility into EVS activity, improve deployment of resources and strengthen accountability for performance.
